Disasters in IT can come in many shapes & forms from the obvious fire theft or flood damage (thankfully rare) through malicous acts by bored or disgruntled employees to the more mundane but no less disruptive software corruptions and HDD failures.
Whatever the cause the effect can be devastating.

Many Small Businesses think disaster recovery planning is only for enterprises, redundancy and resilience are too expensive and just trust to good fortune and an untested and possibly out of date backup copy. This is no longer the case with cost effective online backup solutions and data replication systems available at prices even small businesses can afford.
